ABSTRACT
The article reports in the acquisition of Auto Point Inc., a California-based automotive service provider, by Service Repair Solutions Inc. (SRS), a Nevada-based information service for repair businesses. Under the deal, SRS will acquire the whole operation of Auto Point. SRS has been expanding through a number of acquisitions, including Identifix in 2005 and iATN in 2007.
