What happens when your logistics service provider becomes insolvent?

The article examines various problems that might arise when a logistics service provider becomes insolvent and what steps companies can take to lessen their effects. Some of the signs that the supplier is facing difficulties are requests from the supplier for a renegotiation of the payment terms of the pricing matrix and delayed or non-delivered. In order to find out what type of insolvency is affecting the supplier, the author recommends contacting an insolvency practitioner as soon as possible.
