Isolation and Identification of Two Compounds of Enhancing Fibrinolysis from Sargassum fulvellum

ABSTRACT
The isolation,determination of fibrinolytic activities and structures of compounds were assayed by solvent extraction and successive chromatographic fraction using silica gel, the method of chromogenic substrate in vitro and 1D NMR(¹H,13C, DEPT) and 2D NMR(¹H-1 H COSY, HSQC, HMBC), respectively. We obtained six compounds from Sar-gassum fulvellum and discovered the enhancing fibrinolytic effect of compound B elevated 10%-30% ,but compound D with a slight lower activation of fibrinolysis. By analysis of NMR spectrum compounds B and D were confirmed as palmi-toyl-oleoyl-3-O-&alpha-D-glucopyranosylglycerol and myristoyl-oleoyl-3-O-α-D-glucopyranosylglycerol. Compounds B and D gained from Sargassum fulvellum were designated glycolipid compounds, and myristoyl-oleoyl-3-O-α-D-glucopyranosylg-lycerol was obtained from Sargassum fidvellum for the first time.
