It says that the first step is to engage all stakeholders in determining whether or not the assessment centre's activities reflect the company's values. It presents some simple rules that yield real benefits such as clarifying specific roles with people who are already doing the job, employing experts to assess job candidates and designing exercises for individual candidates that will give them an insight into the company's business.
