ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Leadership Advanced Program (LEAP) adopted by original equipment manufacturer Robert Bosch Limited aimed to improve the company's leadership capability through action-centered learning, coaching and personal development. It says that the programme is based on the philosophy that personal change and growth can be motivated through self-awareness. It uses the Centaur Model of Leadership, a guide which provides a common language for Bosch managers to resolve complex relational issues.
