ABSTRACT
The article reveals that the British government will be implementing its rebranded personal accounts scheme under its flagship pensions reforms which will now be called the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) and will put pensions provision for low to moderate income-earners who do not save by requiring employers to make a minimum contribution of three percent of salaries.
