ABSTRACT
The article reports on the market stabilization based on the decline of steel and aluminum shipments from the service centers in the U.S. and Canada as revealed in the Metal Activity Report from Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI) in Rolling Meadow, Illinois. The decline on metal shipments suggests a drop that goes beyond the normal seasonal shipment slowdown. The steel and aluminum product activity both showed a decrease shipment in November 2009 compared to November 2008.
