InSite Gets Catalyst Investment

This article reports on the investment received by InSite Wireless Group, a Virginia-based communications infrastructure developer, from Catalyst Investors as it acquired a minority stake in the firm. The 15 million U.S. dollar investment will be used by InSite to foster growth that does not include mergers and acquisition, according to an InSite representative. As part of the agreement, Catalyst partners Chris Shipman and Todd Clapp will be added to InSite's board. Particular focus is given to other Catalyst investments.
