ABSTRACT
This article reports that the management team of Eatem Foods Company has received backing from buyout firm Linsalata Capital Partners (LinCap) in a recapitalization of the flavor manufacturer for industrial food companies. According to LinCap Managing Director Gregory L. Taber, they would like to expand the company via its existing strategies and add-on acquisitions. He explains the company's focus on food-related investments, as well as food service and restaurant trends. LinCap's fifth fund provided capital for the Eatem Foods investment.
