ABSTRACT
The article reports on the public-interest filing of Comcast Corp. and NBC Universal Inc. (NBCU) with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) in the U.S. It states that the merger between the two companies will also be examine on Capitol Hill on February 4, 2010. An overview on several critiques made between the joining of the two companies is presented. It also mentions that the two companies promise to expand their relationship with Common Sense Media Inc.
