The article offers tips on how to relax and to be calm when already stressed out in the U.S. A research from the American Psychological Association reveals that three quarters of adults experienced moderate to high level of stress in 2009. To tame tension, it is suggested to do 20 minutes of housecleaning, to stare out of the window, to drink coffee, to play 20 minutes of computer games, and to have yoga relaxation.
