ABSTRACT
The article offers two news briefs related to the U.S. ASHP executive vice president Henri R. Manasse Jr. during ASHP 2009 Midyear Clinical Meeting in December has received a U.S. flag that has flown over several military headquarters in Iraq on Veterans Day. The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on December 22, 2009 has issued a permanent injunction which prevents Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. from commercializing its epoetin product, Mircera, in the U.S.
