ABSTRACT
The article reports that South Korea's Defense Minister Kim Tae-Young has vowed to launch a pre-emptive strike to thwart any nuclear attack from North Korea, saying his government has confirmed where the communist state stores its nuclear weapons. Kim said that a pre-emptive strike would be the only way for South Korea to defend itself if it were to confirm that North Korea had clear intentions of launching a nuclear strike.
