ABSTRACT
The article reports on the changes made by North Las Vegas to the development requirements for the proposed MountainView Industrial Park in the northeast valley. The city hopes that by reducing building standards, building activity will be stimulated and therefore creates new jobs and taxable revenue. Industrial Properties Development broke ground on the park's industrial building on July 22, 2009.
