ABSTRACT
The article presents the views of several executives of travel agency Classic Travel, regarding their victory at the "Travel Weekly" magazine's financial makeover competition. Karen Stone, senior sales consultant said that he is encouraged by the makeover, although it's not directly affected the staff yet. Pauline Lovegrove, senior sales consultant, said that he makeover has been a great opportunity to review all the company's activities during the challenging times.
