ABSTRACT
In this article, the author informs about the creation of a new world of futuristic sounds in director James Cameron's epic movie "Avatar." He states that sound editor Christopher Boyes was incharge of the sound recordings for the movie and worked extensively on sound designing for the movie. He further mentioned that sound design involved combining original and library recordings of different creatures, for the vocalization for mythic creatures.
