ABSTRACT
The article reports on the need for attention when it comes to managing clinical research (CR) staff. According to Elsa G. Nadler of the University of Toledo during the 2009 Society of Research Administrators (SRA) International Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, two factors that make managing faculty difficult are completing tasks on time and finishing required subcontract paperwork. She suggested making a list of things essential for to research, such as abstract and equipment description.
