ABSTRACT
The article discusses two cases related to levamisole induced neutropenia. It is stated that levamisole induced neutropenia should be considered in patients with neutropenia and a history of cocaine use. It informs that levamisole is one of the many contaminants found in seized cocaine. It suggests that the primary treatment of neutropenia caused by levamisole should be supportive with administration of broadspectrum antimicrobials.
