ABSTRACT
The article discusses nonprofit firm Center for Financial Services Innovation (CFSI). Despite the financial difficulties of parent company ShoreBank Corp., CFSI remains in good shape. CSFI director Jennifer Tescher noted the two companies were completely separate in terms of finances, and that CSFI has a sustainable business model that requires no funds from ShoreBank. She observed that the Ford Foundation is CFSI's largest source of funding.
