The article reports that Virginia Commerce Bancorp Incorporated has profited in the fourth quarter after three consecutive quarterly losses. The Arlington, Virginia company recorded a loss of over 40 million dollars for the first three quarters of the year 2009. The bank had also reported working through problem loans.
