ABSTRACT
Initially, three fundamental domains in which the adolescent comes into contact with the requirements of society were identified in the process of the forming of personal identity: the occupational domain, the ideological domain and the sexual one. Erikson considers that the occupational identity is the most difficult to acquire due to the pressure experienced by the adolescent for discovering his/her own vocation and relating to which he has to make certain decisions. The present article analyzes three models of taking decisions regarding the career: the PICPrescreening model, the In-depth exploration, Choice, advocated by Itay, the model of Super and that of Ginzberg
