ABSTRACT
The article explores solutions for the improvement of the Performance Rating. Scott-Grant Ltd. has created a series of 12 rating films on DVD format which features positions being undertaken in the work environment and industries such as manufacturing, electronics and engineering. These films are for the development of analysts' application skills. Scott-Grant also created a video on DVD format, titled "How Do You Rate?"
