The article deals with the presentation "Risk Management in Employment Situations" by David Hughes and Susan Lockhart of Simpson and Marwick at the 2009 Annual Deliberation at the Dean Park Hotel in Kirkcaldy, Scotland on October 21. Hughes and Lockhart stressed the importance of making correct documentation. They discussed the procedures and techniques for managing disputes between employers and employees. Furthermore, they addressed the impact of the European legislation on case law. Hughes discussed his strategy for risk management in labor law.
