ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the integration of internal and external marketing to recognise higher expectation of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Several research studies on human resource management (HRM), marketing and CSR were analysed to determine the alignment of internal and external brands. The results reveal that the synergies of HRM and marketing can yield parallel and powerful benefits to employees and customers which include enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
