ABSTRACT
The article presents several food service concepts. Connie Mueller, Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Bloomington District 87, conducts a lecture on foodservice for new principals. According to Billy Reid, Child Nutrition Services Director at Salida Union School District, they hold a Loving Adults Day/Fall Harvest Fest event, wherein parents eat lunch at the school with their children. Themed dinners are conducted at Boston College's cafeteria.
