ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the decision of University of North Texas, Texas to change the original steam boilers. As stated the challenge was to find a boiler that could increase efficiency, decrease costs, and be maintenance-friendly. Reportedly, BMK2.0 AERCO boilers were installed, which were half the size of the original boilers. It is stated that with the BMK2.0 boilers in operation, gas usage dropped three times less than original steam boilers.
