ABSTRACT
This article reports on the acquisition of CFO Publishing by U.S. private equity firm Seguin Partners in 2010. The former owner, The Economist Group, maintains a minority stake in the business. Alan Glass, an operating partner at Seguin, was named as the chairman of the independent CFO Publishing. Meanwhile, Frank Quigley was appointed as the company's president and chief executive officer (CEO).
