This article reports on the acquisition of Sim-G Technologies Inc. by portfolio company Secure Mission Solutions in the U.S. in 2010. The deal aims to bolster the cyber security capabilities of the portfolio company. ERLH associate Kevin D. Cantrell led the transaction for the buyout firm. SC&H Capital served as the financial advisor to Sim-G in the transaction.
