The article features a business forecast of the retail industry in Spokane, Washington in 2010. Observers and government budgeters believes that the sector will experience sales growth, while the city's sales-tax collection will have a 1.5% increase. Moreover, city spokeswoman Marlene Feist, states that sales-tax receipts will decline by 5.35%.
