ABSTRACT
The article offers suggestions to teachers in the U.S. for effectively dealing with a student with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and his special needs. According to the Learning Disabilities Association of America, a classroom of 30 students in the U.S. has atleast one student with ADHD. Suggestions from renowned speaker and educational consultant, Sandra Rief on the best practices for encouraging positive student achievement and behavior in the classroom, are presented.
