ABSTRACT

Thomas Randall, a world-famous wheelchair athlete of Terrel, Texas, died of a heart attack in El Salvador on November 19, 2009. Former Jacksonville Jaguars football team offensive tackle Richard Collier and former Jaguars defensive end Kenneth Pettway were shot inside an apartment building, leaving Collier paralyzed from the waist down.
