The article reports on the challenge of the design team of Mark Mackmiller, owner of Mackmiller Design + Build, to change the original 29-square-foot bathroom to a 60-square-foot space in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in 2010. Mackmiller doubled the size of the bathroom by taking space for the room and bathroom of the family. According to Mackmiller, the team cut a corner of the bedroom and reduced a closet, and transferred the bedroom door to the clipped corner that was near to the front door.
