ABSTRACT
The article discusses the lawsuit filed by ZL Technologies against Gartner Inc.'s Magic Quadrant which holds a reminder for banks. It notes that ZL filed a case criticizing Gartner's methodology wherein the case sought 396 million dollars in damages. It mentions that ZL's allegations were dismissed by the judge. Kelly Trammell of Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions mentions the obligation of Gartner to be more transparent.
