The article reports on the deal between home entertainment services provider TiVo Inc. and subscriber cable operator Compton Communications in Port Perry, Ontario. As stipulated in their transaction, TiVo will provide Compton with high definition digital video recording (HD DVR) through cable and telecommunication services provider Evolution Digital LLC. Moreover, these DVR will provide TiVo broadband-connected content.
