The article informs that Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. is planning to reshape or replace accelerator pedals on 3.8 million vehicles by recalling them. The firm will reconfigure the shape of accelerator pedals to reduce the risk that they may be jammed in the floor mat. The firm is also planning to install a brake override system on several models involved.
