Vietnam's state telco tries to halt mobile rival

Reports that Vietnam's government-owned telecommunication monopoly Vietnam Post and Telecommunications has asked the government to suspend the license being given to South Korean consortium SLD Telecom and its local partner Saigon Port and Telecommunications Joint Stock (Saigon Postel).
