The article presents results of an online survey conducted to know the last job promotion of employees related to the rubber and plastics industry. 43.5% of the respondents said that they were promoted more than three years ago, while 17.4% of the respondents were promoted in less than three years ago. 6.5% of the respondents said that they were promoted within the past 12 months.
