The article informs that Jason Papastavrou, who runs the hedge fund investor Aris Capital Management, has sued Quantek Opportunity Fund and its manager, Javier Guerra, for fraud, saying Guerra used the fund for his personal interests. However, Guerra and Quantek deny the allegations and claim that this kind of lawsuit would damage their investments.
