The article informs that architect and property developer Bill Ch'ng is planning his last ambitious project in Southern Malaysia which would cost around 1.5 billion dollars. It is stated that he plans to develop the Asia-Pacific Trade and Expo City (APTEC) which would be the biggest trade and distribution hub in Asia and would include a factory outlet mall.
