ABSTRACT
The article discusses differing perceptions among banks and their clients as revealed by separate surveys. Figures from a survey conducted by the Financial Services Executive Forum indicate over 80% of bank executives think their clients have high levels of trust in them. However, a different survey of executives at small and mid-sized businesses reveals that 48% say their trust in banks has diminished.
