ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs from conservation officers in the field. Three men in a motor vehicle were charged with illegal possession of a loaded firearm, illegal discharge of the same and possession of an illegal doe deer. A charter boat crew member was ticketed for possessing undersized and out-of-season fish and selling them without a permit. A hiker in the Kaaterskill Falls was rescued by helicopter after tumbling down onto the falls' lower portion and suffering injuries.
