ABSTRACT
The article reports on a 2009 announcement from HSBC Holdings PLC. In the announcement the firm indicated that it will sell and lease back its two buildings in Paris, France for $572.5 million in an effort to increase its level of capital. The firm also indicated that the buildings are being sold to real estate asset manager French Properties Management on behalf of private investors.
