ABSTRACT

American College of Sports Medicine lead scientist Cheryl Lovelady and colleagues reveal that aerobic and resistance exercise help prevent bone loss in breastfeeding mothers. Doctor Vivian Pinn suggests that physical activity and proper nutrition reduce the risk of pre-term birth and early labor.
