ABSTRACT
The article reports on the defense given by Lucy Adams, director of human resource (HR) at BBC, on the allegations that employees of the company are being bribed to consider its relocation packages. BBC allegedly offered employees to keep their London allowances along with attractive relocation packages in return for his or her transfer to Salford. Adams explained that the company believes that their offer is the right thing to do.
