ABSTRACT
In our research of organizational international virtual networks, we have succeeded in creating a pattern of comportment in terms of different cultural models, in this paper we present the results of those researches in adapting the relevant characteristics of traditional and virtual enterprise using the two important types of Hofstede's cultural model. This adapting algorithm was based on applying CPI inventory and selecting the relevant scales of human resources requirements. Such a diagnosis of the psychological profiles allows us to better integrate the human resources various typology behaviour in the organizational culture of the traditional versus virtual enterprises.
