ABSTRACT
The article reports on the financial performance of Absolute Radio for 2008. Its parent company, TIML, posted an 8.2% decline in its turnover to 22 million British pounds, attributed to rebranding investments and recessionary effects. It also generated a loss of 2.7 million British pounds in 2008, compared with a profit of 3.8 million British pounds in 2007. A 24.7% surge in operating expenses was also noted for the year.
