The article presents information on the continuing professional development (CPD) strategy of Amdocs ChangingWorlds. Amdocs was established in 1999 and became recognized for developing mobile data personalization engine. The company chose the Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer standard to address software development gaps in the mobile phone market. In 2008, Amdocs ChangingWorlds received the EngineersIreland CPD Company of the Year award for the successful implementation of Business Intelligence to Sprint project.
