ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's explanation about Internet video adaptive streaming. The author notes that streaming connotes video bits flowing over the Internet and progressively spills into personal computers (PCs). Furthermore, the author mentions that adaptive streaming refers to the encoding of multiple video files at variable bit rate (VBR) or constant bit rate (CBR).
