The article reports on the support of U.S.-based company Comcast Corp. to the emergency petition filed by Mediacom Communications Corp. against Sinclair SA on retransmission consent agreement. It notes that Comcast Corp. asks the Federal Communications Commission to investigate whether Sinclair has violated the bargaining rules of the commission. It mentions that it also stresses that the commission must consider this proceeding because there are substantial questions on the agreements.
