The article focuses on the issue regarding the Comcast Corp.-NBC Universal Inc. joint venture in the U.S. Denver Representative Maurice Hinchey notes that the deal would bring a devastating impact towards future consolidation. Furthermore, Medium Access Project president Andrew Schwartzman, states that the joint venture would not be approved without some very important concessions such as the implementation of nondiscriminatory access to terrestrially delivered regional sports nets.
